Amy Ripps has worked in both Reform and Conservative communities in the DC area and served as Director of Lifelong Learning in Raleigh, NC, for 19 years. Recently she served as interim ed director in Roanoke, VA, and is currently serving as interim ed director at Beth El Synagogue in Durham, NC.  She tutors bmitzvah students and teaches adult ed classes - mostly online. She is a past member of the boards of CAJE and NewCAJE and has an MA in Jewish Ed from the Davidson School at JTSA.
