Early childhood Jewish education lays the foundation for children’s Jewish identity. Learn how to pull out the big ideas and values behind the children’s interests, questions and thoughts. We will do this by looking at documentation, videos, audio clips, and children’s play from a 4'5/'s class. No matter what the curriculum topic ends up being about, the principles of fostering critical thinking, problem solving, and caring for the community are the consistent values that guide our decisions as educators. Values that are not only Jewish values, but human values.
