Jewish Placemaking: Creating Space for Relationships in Administrative Work

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

For school leaders, summer is an administratively heavy season. This session will bring principles from Makom Community’s unique pedagogy, Jewish Placemaking, to your administrative work, especially focusing on how we welcome and communicate with new families and educators into our community. This will tap into your strong skills as educators, and help you apply all the principles YOU KNOW work in the classroom to communications and recruitment. We will cover foundational relational administrative values, best practices to ensure committed families, new families, and prospects stay invested for the future, and creating communication systems that steward relationships. There will be time for questions and answers, as well as creating a tool to take away and apply once you are back in the office!
