In this interactive workshop you will learn about the uses of puppets—an ancient art form, to engage and educate your students by using stories to teach values and history --all the while having fun in the Jewish classroom. Using simple materials that are hardy yet easily obtainable, Marilyn will show you how to stretch the imagination of all your students so that they begin to relax into their lessons and make the subject their own. You will learn how to draw upon current issues and the rich offerings of Judaism past and present with humor and an emphasize on your student’s ability to achieve.
