We will honor the legacy of Rabbi Janie Grackin (ז"ל ) by learning how to use our b’nai mitzvah
parashiyot to create art and design a tallit based on the parsha, using duct tape as our artistic medium.
We will end with learning how to tie tzit tzit and create a meaningful tallit that can be used during b’nai
mitzvah, camp, or any time you want. Please come prepared with a printout of your b’nai mitzvah
parsha or, if you did not have one, any parsha that speaks to you. Tallit kits generously provided by
Torah Aura (www.torahaura.com).
