In this workshop, we will learn a fun, new way to experience the Alef-Bet - through embodying the letters using imagination and creative movement.  This will add a new dimension to enhance studying, reading, and writing the letters.  We will work with the letters for the word Truth/Emet, Alef, Mem, Tav, to explore a “felt sense” of this middah/character trait. Ultimately, embodying the letters lends itself to improving ourselves and to healing the world.
