As early childhood educators and family engagement professionals, we have a strong sense of what those in our community need, seek and desire - but what can happen when we ask those families in our community for their feedback - and how can our efforts grow when our lay and professional partners support our efforts in meaningful and tangible ways? In this session, we'll unpack these questions and many more as we examine our work through a values-based lens, and together, we can grow and strengthen our communities.
