A Strategic Planning Framework that includes gathering data, gaining buy-in, and structuring a process leads to reimagining how you engage with learners and their families. Our formal education often did not include this training. In this session, we will present the key components of Strategic planning. If you have been tasked with creating a vision and mission by your congregation or know that reimagining Jewish learning is critical to the success of your school, this session is for you. Presenter has implemented this process successfully in congregational schools, academic institutions, Jewish communal organizations, and for-profit businesses.
