Family engagement in middle school is essential and can lead to stronger involvement for teenagers.In this session, you will learn how to make meaning out of becoming a Jewish adult through mitzvot. We will cover how to connect your learners to their families, their classroom community and the larger community. You will see how to engage middle school families in hands on learning and mitzvot. You will learn how to meet each teen where they are and teach the entire child and not just their Jewish self.
