Join a panel discussion with independent Jewish educators Debbi Ballard, Abby Eisenberg, Carla Friend, Debbie Jaffe, and Beverly Socher-Lerner. Learn about each of these passionate Jewish educators' initiatives, as well as their successes and challenges. How do their initiatives differ (and how are they similar) to synagogue and other programs? Can independent Jewish education and synagogue-based education initiatives collaborate in some ways? How can different kinds of Jewish education settings learn from each other and offer deeply meaningful and rich Jewish experiences?
